1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Geri Wade d/b/a Journeys By Geri ("Journeys By Geri," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the client ("you," "your," "passenger"). By booking travel with Journeys By Geri, you agree to these Terms, which outline important policies regarding bookings, cancellations, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution. Journeys By Geri acts solely as a booking agent for independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers ("Suppliers").
Journeys By Geri is also an Independent Contractor of Outside Agents, California Seller of Travel 2090937-50 (Registered Affiliate), Florida ST15578, Washington 603189022. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. BOOKING AND PAYMENT TERMS
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all bookings.
All travel bookings are subject to availability and the individual terms and conditions of Suppliers.
Payment terms are determined by Suppliers and must be made in accordance with their policies.
Journeys By Geri reserves the right to correct pricing errors before finalizing a booking.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation policies vary by Supplier and will be outlined at the time of booking.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Journeys By Geri.
Refund eligibility is determined by the Supplier, and Journeys By Geri is not responsible for refund disputes.
In some cases, bookings may be non-refundable or subject to penalties.
4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & IDENTIFICATION
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and government-issued IDs.
Many countries require passports to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the travel date.
Journeys By Geri is not responsible for denied entry due to incorrect or missing documents.
5. TRAVEL RISKS AND RESPONSIBILITY
Travel may involve risks, including delays, cancellations, or unexpected events.
It is your responsibility to review and comply with all travel advisories, health requirements, and entry restrictions of your destination.
Journeys By Geri does not own or control any Supplier and is not responsible for their actions, services, or changes in itinerary.
6. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Journeys By Geri is not responsible for denied insurance claims.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Journeys By Geri acts only as a booking agent and is not responsible for the performance of Suppliers.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, overbookings, bankruptcies, or any Supplier failures.
Our liability is strictly limited to the amount of commission or fees received by Journeys By Geri for your booking.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
Journeys By Geri is not liable for disruptions caused by acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor strikes, or other uncontrollable events. Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to Supplier policies.
9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Your County], California.
10. CLASS ACTION WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action or similar collective proceeding.
11. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Journeys By Geri reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
